Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item, (does not apply to wholesale orders or final sales) in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund for product only, minus shipping charges, or an exchange. Returned items which have had free shipping are subject to shipping and handling charges being applied. Cancelled orders paid with credit card are subject to a 5 to 7% fee charged by bank for processing both sides of the transaction

 When we receive the returned item and it is accepted, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately. After examination by our Quality Assurance team, you will receive your refund. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

All products to be returned back to us must be carefully repacked and return shipping costs are paid for by the customer. Please return the merchandise with packing slip, pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to: Hope Faith Miracles PO Box 1288, Enfield CT 06083

If you have earned “free shipping” a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund upon item clearing the condition stage to be accepted for refund.

If you have misplaced your packing slip, please include your name, address, email address, day and evening phone number along with the merchandise.
