Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Shipping Rates
A non-refundable flat rate standard shipping and handling fee of $12.95 USD is applied to all orders (regardless of number of items purchased) shipped within the United States. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Expected delivery is 3-5 business days from the date the order is processed.

If you are placing an order for Christmas, we encourage you to place your order by the 16th to guarantee Christmas delivery using our standard shipping and by December 20th using our overnight service.

Canada Shipping Rates
A non-refundable flat rate standard shipping and handling fee of $40 USD is applied to all orders (regardless of number of items purchased) shipped to Canada. This flat rate fee includes duties and insurance for all items ordered. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Expected delivery is 6-15 business days from the date the order is processed.

Australia Shipping Rates
A non-refundable flat rate standard shipping and handling fee of $50 USD is applied to all orders shipped to Australia. This flat rate fee includes insurance and is limited to one package with a maximum value of $400 USD. If the recipient chooses to purchase merchandise valued over $400 USD, additional shipping costs apply.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Expected delivery is 6-20 business days from the date the order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse any international order per our discretion.

Australia Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Each recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. All packages are subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package reaches the destination country, all import duties, taxes, and fees are levied at that time. Hope Faith Miracles has no control over these fees and is unable to predict any additional charges. The recipient is responsible for complying with his or her country’s laws and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Our Return Process
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

When we receive the returned item and it is accepted, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately. After examination by our Quality Assurance team, you will receive your refund. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Please return the merchandise with packing slip, pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to: Hope Faith Miracles PO Box 1288, Enfield CT 06083

If you have misplaced your packing slip, please include your name, address, email address, day and evening phone number along with the merchandise.
